This is a development project that was established by Fritz Maurer, and not only can you visit the farm and learn about the history behind it, but you learn more about brewing, farming and machinery overall. The Weekend Market is incredible to see firsthand, and you can choose from dried fish, strips of fatty pork and other tasty foods you won't find elsewhere. Full of deliciously raw ingredients, you can find all the ingredients you need to prepare a delicious authentic meal. Or you could go out to eat at one of the many fine dining restaurants in the area. The meals are delicious and don't cost you a fortune.
