Please be PUNCTUAL for all activities. Any missed activities will not be replaced and the resort reserves the rights to alter the itineraries, substitute a vehicle or cancel any activities due to unforeseen operational conditions.
Boarding: You must be at the Long Beach Jetty (Infront of Redang Beach) At least 30 minutes before the scheduled ferry departure time.
No-Show: If you fail to check-in on time by the time the Ferry departs, the fare you paid will not be refunded to you for any reason whatever.
Ferry scheduled times are for reference only. Actual time sequence of activities might change depending on weather, sea conditions, arrival time and other factors.
Activity stated is provided on complimentary basis. No refund will be made for cancellation of activities due to weather or unforeseen operational conditions.
