The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat timing due to sea, weather and tide conditions.

The resort will not be held responsible for any delayed on arrival due to the flight delays or rescheduling, or any delay in 3rd party transportations for whatever reasons which will subsequently missed our 11:00 am boat to the resort. Those who missed the boat will have to charter their own boat.

For those taking flights please ensure a smooth connection with our boat transfer to the island, these are the recommended flight timing: KUL to TGG any flight before 8:00 am & TGG to KUL any flight after 3:45 pm.
