Day 1
ARRIVE NOI BAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, HANOI (L,D)
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi our representative will meet and transfer you to a city tour. Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex which contains the mausoleum of the nation's founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts. Close to this complex is the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origin dates back to the foundation of Hanoi.
Next, visit the Temple of Literature which is well known as Vietnam's first university, and the History Museum which displays an excellent collection of artifacts illustrating the Vietnamese history. After lunch, proceed to Mosque in Hang Luoc for prayer and later check into hotel.
In the late afternoon, visit the Hoan Kiem lake and take a 1-hour cyclo ride to visit the Old Quarter. Then enjoy the famous traditional art of water puppet show - a remarkable Vietnamese art form that combines traditional music, fireworks, underwater puppeteers, and elaborate puppets floating gracefully over water before proceeding to a local restaurant for dinner.
Day 2
HANOI - HALONG BAY (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we proceed to the legendary Halong Bay, one of Vietnam's most impressive scenic sights. With a quick rest stop en route, we check into the hotel in Halong City. Free at leisure until transfer to dinner at a seafood restaurant. After dinner we proceed to to a night market for shopping or to the Casino after which you will find your own way back to the hotel.
Day 3
HALONG BAY - HANOI (B,L,D)
After breakfast, transfer to the port to embark on a boat for an exploration of the legendary Halong Bay. Enjoy 4 hours of boat cruise on Halong bay - listed as a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. The trip will bring you an unforgettable memory of Halong Bay. The boat will stop at Thien Cung cave and Dau Go caves for sightseeing - Bai Tho boat cruise. Fresh seafood lunch is served on board during the cruise.
After lunch we return to the pier and proceed to Hanoi. Enroute we stop at Hong Ngoc Biggest shopping centre in the middle of Hanoi and Halong for shopping and a short rest. Upon arrival, free leisure for shopping at the old quarter on 36 streets. Dinner at local restaurant and check into hotel for overnight.
Day 4
HANOI – NINH BINH (B,L,D)
In the morning, meet and transfer to Ninh Binh province - 100 Km south of Hanoi – known as Vietnam’s “Inland Halong Bay”. You will be offered a leisurely sampan cruise on a creek across three vast stretches of rice field. Upon arrival, visit the Dinh King and Le King built on the site of the Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel. The sampan trip will take us along the stream to Tam Coc caves (Three limestone caves) all adorned with beautiful stalagmites and stalactites.
Lunch at Anh Dung restaurant (seafood). In the afternoon, drive back Hanoi and upon arrival free at leisure for shopping at Dong Xuan market.
Day 5
DEPART HANOI (B)
After breakfast, free at own leisure till transfer to airport for your flight back home.
