The Barossa blossoms on a living heritage, food markets, quality wines, old preserved buildings, and a wealth of culinary pleasures. There is a robust sense of cultural identity and community spirit, which enhances the appeal of the region. Then wind your way through the scenic, charming Adelaide Hills to Hahndorf, Adelaide’s oldest German settlement rich in heritage, where you will relish a German style lunch and have leisure time and relaxation as you discover and explore the numerous shops and galleries exhibiting local arts, crafts and harvest.
Your afternoon continues onto Cleland Wildlife Park for the unsurpassed opportunity to cuddle a koala, roam the grassland enclosures with some of the largest kangaroos in Australia, feed wallabies, emus and waterfowl, watch a Bilby emerge from its burrow, or stroll through the aviaries and marvel at the diversity of Australian wildlife in its natural habitat. The Wildlife Park takes pride in some of South Australia's most distinctive and unique environments and the wildlife that have made these regions their home. Many of Cleland's animals are free to roam the open spaces of the park. The walking trails lead you deep into the Conservation Park where you can enjoy the whistles and calls of a range of native birds, admire the colourful wildflowers and discover an abundance of wildlife.

ADELAIDE - FLEURIEU PENINSULA - ADELAIDE (B)
After breakfast, the Fleurieu Peninsula is the mystical highlight of the day. This enchanting place offers beautiful hills sweeping down to sun-drenched sandy beaches. Wineries, orchards and pastures are patch-worked between bushland, and roads lead to alluring cellar doors where you can sit back and take it all in. Travel past stunning southern metropolitan beaches to McLaren Vale and visit the historic port of Victor Harbor, South Australia's most popular seaside town with its horse-drawn tram.
This tour takes the scenic drive through South Australia's southern metropolitan picturesque beaches of Port Noarlunga and Moana into the food producing areas of the Southern Vales before touring into the heart of McLaren Vale. Discover the beautiful ocean scenery of the Great Southern Ocean as you cross the causeway to Granite Island. Be simply awed by the multitude of 2000 little penguins, dolphins, and oceanrium that live on the island and be enchanted with the island’s golden history from the signs on the Kaiki Walk. Enjoy a cherished free time in the historic port of Victor Harbor for lunch and travel back to Adelaide via the paddle steamer town of Goolwa, and admire the historic hills village of Strathalbyn with the manicured banks of the Angas River and the remarkable Mt Lofty Ranges. Settled in 1839 and retaining much of its Scottish flavour, Strathalbyn boasts a long boulevard of heritage buildings housing antique shops, galleries and cafes. Among its most beautiful buildings are the Police Station and Court House Museum, the old school and the gasworks.
ADELAIDE (B)
After breakfast, embark on a city tour of Adelaide till noon. And because Adelaide is celebrated as the 20-minute city, you can experience it all on a series of laid-back, relaxed short walks. From the city to the beach experience the daily cosmopolitan life of Adelaide guaranteeing to inspire as you journey through the heart of the city. Marvel at the amazingly beautiful sights that are St. Peter’s Cathedral, the cultural boulevard of North Terrace, University of Adelaide, SA Museum, Art Gallery of SA (one of the best Australian colonial art collections in the world, renowned dot paintings of the Western Desert, and works of some of Australia's much-loved artists), the State Library, the iconic Adelaide Oval, a breathtaking view of the city from Colonel Light’s Lookout, then leave the city behind for the famous suburb of Glenelg, a charming seaside set on the long sandy white shores of Holdfast Bay, with plenty to do and see such as gentle surf, lively shops, groovy cafes and restaurants. You'll love the city, you won't want to leave!
